Duration: 3 to 6 months

During this internship, you will be working as a receptionist in spa-wellness, so if you like zen and relaxing atmosphere, you will advice customers about the services offered in the spa. It is crucial that each intern can communicate with guests, colleagues and work in team. 

As a spa receptionist, you have to help customers who will come to the spa. The part of your job is to try to make customers feel comfortable when they enter in the spa area. Therefore, your main duties during the internship are to greet customers, direct them where to go, answer phone calls and manage the spa's schedule.

Besides this, you need to manage the customer records, track equipment and supplies, and keep other employees informed of customers´ needs. Furthermore, your duties include selling products of specific brands and lines and, of course, dealing with invoices.

What to do during your free time?

When you make your internship abroad, you are far away from your home, however, it is a great experience that can happen only once in your life. So, for taking the best from this experience, you should try to spend your free time with pleasure and adventures: discover new places, learn more about local traditions, meet new people and try new activities. Also you can travel in new country where you can visit cultural places which have history and are very important for local people.

For avoiding homesickness, you should enjoy the atmosphere around and collect wonderful memories from your international experience. 

Requirement for this internship:

  • Fluent English

Open to work in different shifts: Morning-Afternoon-Night.
